About Daniel Rich Galinson
Since 2007, Daniel Rich Galinson has served as a national account executive for Minnesota-based Solutran, a customized payment solutions company. In this role, he negotiates business opportunities with national retail clients. Prior to this position, Daniel Rich Galinson worked as a senior product manager for the company and dealt with new product development and online reporting modules.
Before he joined Solutran, Mr. Galinson was a collection manager for Game Financial Corporation, another Minnesota company. He provided collection training for the company and managed the recovery of returned checks. He also spent one year as a lead collector for Minneapolis-based AM Miller and Associates.
Following his graduation from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, Mr. Galinson stayed in Florida, completed a practicum, and studied the five stages of group development, which include forming, storming, norming, conforming, and ending. He also completed another practicum that covered behavior and leadership of profit and non-profit organizations. Afterword, he moved to Minnesota and attended one seminar on conflict mediation and another on creating mediation.
